Refund policy

We want you to love your work. If you are not happy with a print or an original, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it for a refund.

To start a return, email info@thekaami.com with your order number. Returned works must come back in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the work arrived damaged. Once the work is back with us and checked, we refund the item to your original payment method.

Damaged in transit: email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the work and the packaging. Send the work back and we refund it in full, including shipping.

Commissions: a 50% deposit is due to begin. The deposit is refundable with an appropriate reason and proof. Commissioned works are not returnable once complete.
